![]() AutoCAD 2000i, the Internet edition of Autodesk’s flagship product, is the technology foundation for design solutions serving the building design, communications, government, utilities, land development, and manufacturing industries. The new dialog box enables you to sort, rename, and delete layers and linetypes with standard Windows ’95 and Windows NT 4.0 interaction, such as a right-click menu, CTRL+click and SHIFT+click selection methods, and the ability to sort layers by clicking on column headings. This dialog box consolidates the number of commands and system variables once needed to control layer and linetype behavior. The new Layer & Linetype Properties dialog box manages the creation and modification of layers and linetypes. You can also copy blocks of text from the history window or the text window to the Clipboard, and paste it on the command line. You can navigate through the list of commands entered at the keyboard using the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW keys, and then press ENTER to reissue the command on the current line.You can edit command line text as well as paste new text from the clipboard using the keyboard navigation keysWith the text window active, you can use PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN to quickly view the history window one page at a time. Type in the variable name QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR.Right-clicking your pointing device brings up a cursor menu that enables you to cut and paste previously issued commands.Go to User variables for username > New.Enter Edit environment variables for your account into the Windows Search bar and press Enter.Add the environmental variable to Windows, QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR, and set it to a value of 1.In the Properties pane, set Show to Yes and Orientation to Bottom.In the Workspace Contents pane, select Palettes then select Command Line.From the menu bar, go to Tools > Customize > User Interface.On the Ribbon, go to the Manage Tab > User Interface. ![]() Open the Customize Interface dialogue.Change command line settings via the User Interface:. ![]() Do not migrate in custom settings, if asked to do so.
